Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of websites, workshops, educational materials, communications, and services provided by Building Billions Together LLC ("BBT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

BBT content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized legal, tax, investment, credit, or financial advice. Mortgage-related services are separate regulated activities and may be provided through an appropriately licensed company. Nothing on this site guarantees mortgage approval, a particular rate, credit improvement, funding, income, or any financial result.

Workshop registration

You agree to provide accurate registration information and use workshop access links only for their intended purpose. Dates, speakers, content, and delivery methods may change when reasonably necessary.

Age eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for BBT workshops, opt in to SMS communications, purchase services, or otherwise use offerings that require consent or form a contract. By registering, opting in, or purchasing, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Our services are not directed to children, and a parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a minor has provided personal information.

SMS terms

When you check the workshop text-message consent box, you agree to receive messages from Building Billions Together LLC for the Homeownership Strategies Made Simple program. Messages may include registration confirmations, reminders, access links, live-start notices, and a final invitation to join. Message frequency varies and is generally 4–6 messages per registration. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Marketing texts require separate express consent.

Email communications

By registering, you authorize transactional emails related to the workshop. Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe method when required.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, BBT owns or licenses the website content, workshop materials, branding, recordings, templates, and other materials. You may use materials for personal, noncommercial purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, resell, record, or create derivative products without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe rights, or use our materials for unlawful or commercial exploitation.

Third-party platforms and links

We may use or link to third-party services, including webinar, payment, scheduling, communications, and mortgage platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. BBT is not responsible for third-party availability or content.

Disclaimer and limitation

Services and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. BBT does not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
